One Hand Batting Drill - Can You Accurately Control The Baseball Bat?



Baseball-Tutorials.com - The one hand batting drills is designed for batters to get experience batting with only one hand, which requires more strength and coordination than they normally expire during batting. Hitting with one hand also requires excellent aim and control. Simply by asking players to hit a ball while holding the bat in only one hand is a lesson in concentration, muscle control, and aim.

What You Need

  • Baseballs
  • Baseball Bat - - I would recommend purchasing the Insider Bat for this drill and many other hitting drills. Click here for more info on the Insider Bat

Result

Batters learn the importance of correctly holding the bat, aiming accurately, and controlling the swing. They increase strength in the hitting arm and test their control, concentration, and patience.

NOTE: Use the Insider Bat when doing these drills.
