My Youth Baseball Site... How I got it started....My Background
I have played youth baseball, high school baseball, and collegiate baseball in both Minnesota and Arizona. I currently play for an amateur team in Minnesota. I have also coached youth traveling baseball, youth traveling softball and varsity high school baseball. Baseball is in my blood! Site Build It My love for baseball is what drove me to Site Build It... I have always wanted to design my own, personal, web site about a topic I love. Baseball is my extracurricular love. As I was searching the web on which product would best fit my desire for creating a youth baseball web site, I found www.mysoftballcoach.com The creator of www.mysoftballcoach.com used SBI as his web site design tool. As I was reading through his site, I noticed a section on how he got started on SBI. I emailed him and we had some nice conversations about SBI. I read some SBI material, watched some videos and I never looked back! Site Build It is, hands down, the best web site authoring tool ANYWHERE! After reading about it and watching videos about it, I was skeptical of how well it would work because I was thinking... How could something this reasonably priced be that good??? I decided to purchase SBi to create my youth baseball site and it was a great decision! If you TAKE YOUR TIME (Tortoise It) and REALLY follow all the steps that are fully layed out for you, you can have a top web site for whatever topic interests you. SBi does all the background work for you. The most important thing that SBI does, in my opinion, is ping all the search engines EVERY time I update or add a page. It only took me a month or so and I had a top five listing for one of my youth baseball keywords on my site. Once that happens, the snowball effect begins.... Pretty soon, people from all over the world are checking your site out! After I started getting some traffic from the search engines, I began using Google Adsense as a monetization tool. I now make money when I am asleep! I never thought that would happen... CRAZY stuff! I don't want to lie... I am not a millionaire, but I do make decent money from this site. Nice income boost every once in awhile and I really enjoy doing it! If you have a niche that you would like to create a web site about, I would ONLY recommend SBi! Don't be fooled by the sites that offer you $4.99/month web hosting. You get what you pay for! Site Build It is the easiest and most economical way to get your site going. Youth baseball has been my passion ever since I was six years old. My mom decided to sign me up for tee-ball that spring and the rest is history… Every year since, I have either played baseball, coached a baseball team or did both. The sport of baseball has actually become something my entire family loves!
