Youth Sports Insurance - Does My Team Need It?



All baseball teams should have youth sports insurance. Most likely, individual youth coaches don't need to worry about purchasing sports insurance because their league or youth organization has already purchased it. However, if you coach your own personal or "club" team (with no affiliate youth organization running it), chances are you will need to purchase your own insurance.

Before purchasing youth insurance, do some research to make sure you need it. If you determine that you need to purchase the insurance, get quotes from three or four different companies that specialize in youth sport insurance. Then choose the best fit.
